Bowls is a concept created by the brothers Siu, inspired by their father’s cooking career, who have been running The Great Wall in Kortrijk for 35 years. Building on his experience and teachings, they launched their own vision of Asian cuisine.
The first Bowls restaurant opened in Kortrijk in 2018. As the concept grew, a second location was established in Bruges in 2022.

Today, the brothers continue to grow Bowls side by side. Kwan Hi focuses on the original restaurant in Kortrijk, while Kwan Juk leads the Bruges location. Together, they keep growing the Bowls story, combining tradition, innovation, and their shared passion for food.
